Part of youth and health, is bonding and connection with others. We do this so naturally in our youth. Creating and maintaining relationships puts us in a higher energy state and produces that “good feeling” of being loved. As cells age, we have less energy, there is a decrease in desire for us to be social and well connected. It is so important that we continue to do this throughout our life. Over time, we slowly interact with others more and more because of an increased anxiety, lower energy, and an imbalanced hormonal state. By maintaining youthful cells, our desire to be well connected with other human beings becomes natural and our ambition to get out and socialize becomes effortless.
