There is a natural drive to move when your cells are functioning at their optimal level. The ambition to get up and exercise comes from our energy levels, repair mechanisms, and the need for our musculoskeletal system to remain active. When you watch kids-they naturally skip, run, and play.

The more active our system is, the more comfortable we feel using it. When we are young, we naturally want to move as we see with children playing outside. But as we get older, our appetite for challenging our body reduces drastically. Movement produces a feedback loop where if we want to exercise, our body must feel healthy, but on the contrary, exercising is what generates healthy cells within us. The more youthful your cells are, the more you want to move, the more you move, the younger your cells become. Incorporating movement as a practice has tremendous positive effects on your body and offers a treatment for aging cells.
